Little Hand Dumplings offers traditional Hong Kong cuisine including pan-fried and steamed dumplings, stir-fried rice cakes, noodles, crumbed chicken wraps and cripsy bao.
The business began by supplying frozen dumplings for customers to cook at home but has since grown to operating out of a food truck at events and now with a home at Origins Market.
Yan’s love of cooking came from her chef parents in Hong Kong who taught her how to make Dim Sum Dumplings by hand.
She’s now excited to share her hand made, traditional Hong Kong family recipes with the community.
