Not only does butcher Madè make delicious Balinese sates and sausages (which people drive for miles for!) he is stocked with a full range of fresh, beautiful cuts of meats. All produce is sourced locally from the south west – there’s Dardanup Lamb, Harvey Beef, Mt Barker Chicken and Plantagenet Pork.
Dinner is made easy with a selection of meats ready to go like chicken roll ups and marinated meats. Head over to the Butcher’s Wife where you can find an amazing selection of salads to go with your meats along with cooked products from the butcher so you can eat them right there and then!
