For Mattia it’s about making the best pizza but also about family and fun. His first love was in Italy at age 14 in a local Pizzeria … “she was soft and white,” Mattia says with a cheeky grin … “One night, when no one was watching me, she let me touch her. I still remember that moment, my shaking hands … I grabbed one and squeezed it. She didn’t complain, she liked me and I fell for her. During the week, at school, I couldn’t wait to get back in the Pizzeria, always thinking about her.
