Core ciders are born, brewed and bottled onsite at their farm in the Perth Hills, making for an authentic orchard-to-glass cider experience. Core Cider produce over nine apple varieties. Their cider ranges from fruity sparklings to traditional ciders utilising methods such as basket pressing and barrel fermentation. Core’s brag board includes: ‘Champion Cider’ and ‘Champion Cidery’ (best producer) in the 2018 Perth Royal Cider Awards and two ‘Best in Class’ awards at the 2018 Australian Cider Awards. All Core’s ciders and wines are available to try and buy at our stall at Origins Market.
