Sheldon from Silas Espresso is now roasting his own coffee and more at Obison Coffee Roasters located between Dusty Buns and Sub Zero Gelato.
His beans are a mix of Brazilian, Colombian and Ethiopian speciality coffee where the original farmers are looked after well and the beans are roasted to their origin flavour to ensure quality and character.
As well as their brilliantly made coffees, Obison Coffee Roasters will be serving gluten free and raw treats, yummy toasted sandwiches and will be roasting coffee beans most Saturdays.
