My art is ever evolving and I like to try many styles, paper craft is a current passion. Quilling is a centuries old craft involving intricately rolled and shaped strips of coloured paper.
My collage pieces involve precision scissor and scalpel cutting of old reference books and new and vintage magazines. My themes are retro inspired and include vintage ladies and contain whimsical or supernatural ideas, I have a quirky imagination and it shows!
My photography is not like your typical landscapes! I prefer to set up still life in unusual combinations of objects with contrast as a major inspiration. I like to edit these in unlikely ways as well to increase a particular, unexpected feeling or sense of curiosity.
I also love a touch of kitch so I love to play around with mix media on reclaimed crockery, bottles and second hand items.
