Western Tourist Radio (WTR) broadcasts on 87.6 FM in Busselton and online via https://soundcloud.com/westerntouristradio . I love the Origins Market concept and see our radio network as being the media equivalent, with our program content made from the stories of local small businesses and community organisations. Our radio program is a loop of about 8 hours. I’d welcome the opportunity to tell the stories of some of your participating business.
I propose a partnership between WTR and Origins Market whereby we offer 8 businesses the opportunity to tell their story. Each story would be edited to about 5 minutes, and would include reference to the Origins Market. In this way Origins Markets will be mentioned every hour.
I charge $150.00 to record and edit each story, which is also posted to https://soundcloud.com/westerntouristradio . The Sound Cloud version of the story can remain as long as the business owner wishes, and it can also be shared on social media and embedded in their website. Depending on the story, it could be that the online version of the story will be longer than the radio version.
To play the businesses story on 87.6FM Busselton would be $100.00 for 3 months, paid in advance. The initial 8 participants will be looking at an all up cost of $250.00 for 3 months.
As part of this partnership, I would like Origins Markets to display signage promoting our radio service at the markets and online. I want our service to be seen as your voice.
