Hi! I’m Amy, creator of The Hazel Tree Handmade.
When I was a young girl, I used to spend hours sitting alongside my grandmother watching her bring magic to fabric. She would create the most beautiful teddy bears, dolls and wonders.
Today I’m following in her footsteps, handcrafting my own traditional mohair bears, dolls, tutus, fairy houses and other whimsical gifts for all ages.
Every piece is lovingly handcrafted with the inner child in mind and made from scratch – right down to the bows on our handmade hairclips, tutus and fairy wands.
When I’m not sewing and crafting you can find me on my vintage knitting machine creating bespoke garments, or making music with local ensembles.
