Melanie Van Impe is a passionate oil painter whose work is deeply inspired my nature. Based on photographs she takes herself, Melanie brings the outside world to life on canvas with  the texture, emotion, and vibrant colour. Her artistic journey began two years ago, but her love for creative expression runs much deeper.
In addition to painting, Melanie also works with ceramics- a practice that reconnects her with fond childhood memories of playing in the mud. Her art is often influenced by her children, whose presence brings joy and fresh perspective to her work. Whether through brush or clay, Melanie creates from a place of memory, observation, and heart left inspiration.
