Jilyara’s Heath Road 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon is full of dark fruits including mulberry, blackcurrant & morello cherry, and savoury notes of olive tapenade and bay leaf.  The Honeycomb Corner Sauvignon 2022 has a full and juicy palate with cherry, blueberry, blackcurrant, and hints of candied violets. Fine tannin and bright acidity provide structure and length to this generous, fruit driven wine.
