It’s truffle season in the South West! From now until September is the best time to pick up these beautiful little black fungi. Foodies adore them (Jordan Bruno used them in his recent cooking demonstration at the markets) and they are a perfect gift for that friend that loves to cook. These locally grown black truffles from The Margaret River Truffle Farm are individually vacuum sealed to keep them fresh. Pick them up from Fine Foods Providore, right next to the fresh produce section.

The yarn is dyed or kept natural depending on her mood, and then knitted or woven into stunning scarves and beanies. The fibres used are from animals are raised on Cath’s property – the Mohair from her goats, silkworms and other wools such as superfine merino and alpaca. You can find them at Crafted in Busselton in Artisan Alley.
